Florida man arrested after trying to cross Atlantic in ‘human-powered hamster wheel’

Ahhh yes, a florida man once again. This time he was arrested for the thrid time for trying to use a human powered object to cross the atlantic. This man threatened to hurt himself with knifes and also threatened having a bomb to try and ward off the coast gaurd. They stateted that hurricane Franklin was also heading right towards him. He was charged with obstruction and his bond was set at $250,000 USD.
